Fuel Sucks Attends The F1 Grand Prix!

The Fuel Sucks team recently attended the F1 Grand Prix at Silverstone on Friday 14th July with one of our lucky customers.

Formula One was first defined in 1946 by the Commission Sportive Internationale as the premier single seater racing category in worldwide motorsport to become effective in 1948. It was initially known variously as Formula A, Formula I or Formula 1. The British and Italian Grands Prix are the oldest continuously staged F1 World Championship Grands Prix.

Today, fans from all over the world travel to Silverstone to watch their favourite racers qualify.

When we discovered that one of our customers was a huge fan of The Grand Prix, we decided to bring him along for a fun filled day out with the Fuel Sucks team.

It was a glorious day and it was very exciting to watch the cars race against the clock to qualify for the fastest time.

We felt very privileged to be in the centre of all of the action.

It was a good day all round and we were glad to see Louis Hamilton win for Great Britain on Sunday.

Did you know that F1 racing drivers are permitted to use no more than 105kg of fuel in each race and drivers exceeding the fuel limit during a race are immediately excluded from the race results.

If you do have any fuel which needs disposing of then please give us a call and we will be more than happy to assist you.
